"Please cultivate a positive attitude to the stress ,ok?" I said to myself.
This days I am busy in my exam preparing and I suffer from the stress as well.
every night , I hardly fall in sleep, I feel tired but I can't do anything to alleviate this bad condition. Mamamamia.......when I closed up my eyes, any of the exam marks will appear in my brain. I feel extremelly depressed, and often dwell on my mark, because I just wanna got a top mark !
